A near death experience gave me a glimpse into the truth of our power and true nature – we are spiritual beings having this human experience – divinely designed to thrive, be happy and whole.

Back in the 80s, I was an accomplished marketing executive in New York City, yet was not feeling very powerful on the inside.

A perfectionist, I was plagued by a subtle gnawing angst that I was not quite good enough – at my work, relationships, my lifestyle habits, weight, you name it.

Over the past 30+ years my own self-discovery journey has led to a greater understanding of our humanity, who we are and why we are here.
