Personal Coaching Packages
6 - 12 sessions each
Biweekly sessions are conducted over 3 - 6 months to lay a holistic foundation to navigate your life’s terrain with self-empowerment. Our calls are conversational with a blend of self-discovery exercises, skill development, energy healing, and self-care resources. Each session provides expanded self-awareness with insights and tools for enriched, successful living. Conducted via phone or video conferencing.
Group Coaching Program: Your LifeForce Compass Program
5 sessions – 60 min each + Q and A
Provides a framework that lays a personal foundation to navigate your life circumstances with less stress and more success via video conferencing.
